Do you suffer from panic anxiety or panic disorder?

This CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) self-help program is a tool you may use to begin to manage your situation. In this program, you´ll learn more about panic disorder, catastrophizing, safety behavior, avoidance, and coping. You will assess your progress throughout the program and complete exercises that will help you to take control over your situation.
